To remit a payment online in English or Spanish below, you’ll need:
(1) A secure Internet Browser
(2) A Working Email Account
(3) A Working Phone Number
(4) Your Birthday
(5) Your Social Security Number
(6) Your Violations Number
If you wish the processing center to cease storing your personal information provided above, you may request that they do so by contacting the Payment Center’s customer service department via telephone at 1-888-357-8394 or via electronic mail.
An Internet Browser is only required for online payments. You may choose other payment options if do not have access to a computer and Internet connection that you can trust.
An Email Account is used for e-mail confirmation and online verification. Please use a non-work email as their spam filtering service could block the confirmation notifications delaying your online payment.
A Phone Number is a way to reach your if there is an issue with your payment and another way to verify your identity.
Social Security Number
Only the last 4 numbers of the Social Security Number will be requested and you may have the option to opt out of providing it since foreign nationals do not have such information.
A Violations Number is required so that your payment can be applied correctly. If you have more than one Violations Number, you must submit them separately and pay each processing fee.
