Q: Do you have an example of a Sheriff’s Notice?
A: Yes! Please see below for an example.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, this office upon receipt of an execution issued against you for the collection of a judgment which has been entered against you, the debtor, by the TRANSIT ADJUDICATION BUREAU, the creditor, will commence enforcement. This office will undertake a seizure wherein any or all of your non-exempt personal and real property assets located within this jurisdiction will be sold to satisfy the judgment.
Additionally, your non-exempt wages will be garnished according to law. Your failure to make full payment on your outstanding judgment has subjected you to additional expenses, costs and poundage.
