A: Absolutely! You may appear* or request a hearing prior to the date provided on the summons.

A: Those under the age of eighteen (18)* will require a guardian.

A: No. This must be done in person or via telephone.

A: Yes. This can be also be done via telephone.

A: Yes. This can be also be done in person.
Q: What do I need for my hearing?
A: For the hearing, please take along:
1. Notice of Violation
2. Photo Identification
3. Important documents
4. MetroCard or Receipts
5. Legal Guardian*
* An adult, parent or guardian is should attend for those seventeen (17) and younger.
